What are higher yogas and why are they so important?
When people think about yoga, they picture calm-looking folks twisting their bodies into pretzel-like shapes. But yoga has so much more to offer.
After a routine of authentic asana (exercises), including a 10-minute "deep relaxation" practice, you’ll feel very relaxed. Many students say they feel better after their first class than they have for years.
