For example, if you are someone who predominantly has an emotional nature, you may see yourself as living on an emotional roller coaster. Your feelings may actually be an obstacle to reaching your goals. You may think this is your weakness. But, at Yoga Center, we’d say this is probably your strength. You’ve just never learned to work with your own strengths and nature. A kind of yoga we teach in Higher Yogas, called Bhakti Yoga, was created to help you. It harnesses the power of your emotions and uses your talents to help you quickly experience inner peace and fulfillment.

For someone else, who is predominantly an intellectual, someone who is always looking for the meaning of life—someone whose first word may have been "Mama," but whose second word was "Why?" — the techniques of Jty and turn it toward finding inner truth and fulfillment.

It’s a matter of different strokes for different folks. Our teachers will help you find the kind of Higher Yogas techniques that are the right fit for you. By using the techniques best suited to their individual natures, our students easily find peace, stress reduction and inner satisfaction.
