Finding Higher Consciousness

Ever had a day when you wake up in the morning with this incredible sense of well-being? On that day, didn’t everything seem to go really well? How about the days you woke up out of sorts? Did anything seem to go right those days?

On the days when you woke up with that incredible sense of well-being, your body was relaxed, your mind and emotions calm. Wouldn’t you like this to happen more than once in a while? It can, when you know how to consciously relax your body and let go of mental, emotional turbulence.

The part of our class we call Higher Yogas contains techniques that give you the ability to have peace of mind and focus all the time. We teach techniques from all the main yogas including Bhakti, Raja, Jnana, Kundalini, Laya and Mantra Yoga.

The goal of the Higher Yogas practices is to help you let go of the things that keep your mind busy and rob you of inner peace. The things that put all that tension into your body. Things such as old memories that upset us in the past and create mental conflict for us now, desires for things we want that are just out of our reach, or fears and worries about things that may or may not even happen.
