The Star Pose

Ever find yourself low on energy or feeling a little down, particularly in the afternoon? The Star Pose is a natural way to get a quick pick-up. To do the Star Pose:

Stand with your feet together and arms comfortably at your sides.
Move your legs apart so they are wider than your shoulders.
Raise your arms to shoulder level with the palms of your hands facing up.
Keep your spine, neck and head straight, but comfortable.
Hold this position for 1-5 minutes.

If your arms get tired, lower them briefly, then, when ready, raise them again.
