The Star Pose
Ever find yourself low on energy or feeling a
little down, particularly in the afternoon? The Star Pose is a natural way to
get a quick pick-up. To do the Star Pose:

Stand with your feet together and arms comfortably at your sides. |

Move your legs apart so they are wider than your shoulders. |
| • |
Raise your arms to shoulder level with the palms of your hands facing up. |
| • |
Keep your spine, neck and head straight, but comfortable. |
| • |
Hold this position for 1-5 minutes. |
If your arms get tired, lower them briefly, then,
when ready, raise them again.
