Triple Exhalation
When you're under pressure and there's no opportunity to get off
by yourself for more than a minute, the triple exhalation can help you
maintain or regain your peace of mind, staying relaxed and focused.
To do this breath practice, begin by taking a nice long
inhalation through the nose. Then exhale through the nose 3 times quickly. On
the third exhalation, feel like you are throwing the breath out. You can do this
breathing technique 1-3 times.
The next time you feel stressed, try it. You'll be amazed at the
results.
