The Amazing Science of Hatha Yoga
At Yoga Center, we teach Hatha Yoga in an easy, natural way. Anyone can do
it. You simply move into a pose to your point of comfort. Then, we'll show you how to gently release tension, improving
your flexibility, health, well-being and overall state of relaxation.
In the postures part of our classes, you'll
learn many different poses that release tension from every part of your body.
You'll also learn breathing practices that help to calm the mind and energize
the body. We end our postures routine by talking you through 10 minutes of deep
relaxation.
After their first class, many of our students say they've never felt
better in their life.
