Develop Your Personal Routine
While some students like to bask in the light of postures and
meditation for an hour a day, 30 minutes givers a great contribution to your
daily life. A good balance is 10 to 15 minutes of postures and 15 minutes of meditation.
It's best to do five to seven well-integrated postures followed
by five minutes of deep relaxation, rather than many, brief postures.
