Please arrive 15 minutes before class to register.

Wear loose or comfortable clothing. (Sometimes you think you're
tight but it's just your pants.)

Bring a towel or blanket to use as a mat. (We have soft,
carpeted floors.)

Avoid eating a large meal for a couple of hours before
class.

After completing three months of practice you may
also attend our Intermediate Ashtanga Class. |
